Notice Period:
Cancellations or rescheduling your booking must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time.

How to Reschedule:
Please submit a new form with the updated time/date, and mention in the “Questions and Special Requirements” section that this is a change to an existing booking.

Pay Online:
Click the “View Invoice” button in your invoice email to pay securely online when you recieve your invoice.
EFTPOS:
Available at our office during staffed hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
Direct Deposit
Bank details are listed on your invoice — please include your name or invoice # as the reference.

Salt Space is located at street level of 888 Brunswick Street, New Farm.

The meeting room is through the glass door on your left — you’re welcome to go straight in for your booking.

🔒 Exit Checklist
- If leaving after 5pm, ensure glass door & street-level door close behind you
- Return the room to its original condition
- Cleaning supplies are in the black boxes in the shelving
- Turn off the air conditioner, TV, and lights
- Close all windows
☕ Kitchen Access
- Crockery, glassware, mugs, cutlery, servingware
- Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, salt
- Microwave, toaster, boiling jug, fridges, coffee machine
- Cold filtered water bottles in the fridge door
- Please leave the kitchen clean after use
🚻 Bathroom Access
- The bathroom is located next to the meeting room
- Spare paper towel and toilet paper are in the shelving
- Light switch is behind the bathroom door
📺 TV & Screen Sharing Instructions
- Turn on the meeting room TV
- Plug the HDMI cable into your laptop (USB-C adapter available)
- Change the TV input to HDMI1
- Configure your laptop to share the screen
- Note: TV resolution is 3840 × 2160 — fonts may appear small; scaling may help
Camera:
- Plug the USB cable into your computer
- Open your conferencing software (e.g. Google Meet)
- Select the external USB camera (may take a moment to appear)
Troubleshooting:
- Make sure power is on at the wall 🙂
- Confirm HDMI is securely plugged in
- Turn off the TV at the end of your booking

- Use the remote to set your temperature
- Please turn it off at the end of your booking
🧽 Whiteboard & Supplies
- The whiteboard flips so you can use both sides
- Cleaning products and extra pens are in the black boxes
