When you use our New Farm address for your company registration, ABN, or IP filings, you must have the occupier’s written consent. We provide our “permission to use address” document confirming authorisation to use:
- ASIC: Registered office / principal place of business
- ABN / ABR: Business address
- IP Australia: Address for service (trade marks / patents)

How to Set Up
Step 1 — Submit the setup form
Complete our secure online form with your business details.
Step 2 — Receive invoice & payment link
We’ll email your invoice. You can pay online, via EFTPOS onsite (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm), or direct deposit.
Step 3 — Get your documents & start using the address
After payment, we’ll email your Permission to Use Address with your Unique Office Number, and our Google Verification Guide. You can begin using the address immediately.

Reply to your notification to request a scan. Choose to collect later or have items securely destroyed.

Collect during staffed hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm). Bring photo ID. Quote the name of the primary contact for collection
👥 Option 3: Authorising Someone Else
Email us written consent with the person’s full name. They must bring ID to collect.
