We email you within 24 hours with a photo of incoming items.
📄 Option 1: Scan & email
Reply to your notification email to request a scan. Mail scanning & email delivery is included (no extra charge).
📦 Option 2: Collect in person
Collect during staffed hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Bring photo ID and quote the primary contact name.
👥 Option 3: Authorise someone to collect
Complete the consent form to authorise another person.
📮 Option 4: Mail Forwarding (Add-On Service)
Mail Forwarding is available as an optional add-on to the Salt Space Virtual Office service.
Cost: $10 per forwarding trip to the post office + Australia Post postage. Forwarding fees and postage are deducted from prepaid Mail Forwarding Credits purchased in advance.
